## What SwimRava is

SwimRava is athletic performance software for clubs and academies. The set on the board is the source of truth. Vision parse turns a photo into reps, distance, stroke, and send-off. Athletes and coaches can edit the draft before anything is saved or sent to Apple Watch. After you connect Apple Health, planned yardage and duration are compared to what you actually swam.

This is not a cycling planner with a swim icon, a prescribed solo workout library, or a medical device. It is a log for the work that was written on deck.

## Who it is for

### Competitive swimmers

The athlete desk is a light, Strava-style feed: date, venue, distance, duration, and the main-set summary. Horizontal bars show on-pace versus slower splits against the send-off that was on the board. Personal records and club leaderboards come from logged sessions and HealthKit — not a guessed workout.

### Swim coaches

The coach desk is Navy Telemetry: a squad ledger for who showed, who swam the yardage, and who faded on send-off. Coaches plan 12-week macro cycles, post one master set, and read attendance without a clipboard. Athletes fork the template on phone or watch.

2. Photograph or enter today's whiteboard set and review the parse. Flagged rows (~6% of parses) stay in the editor until you confirm.
3. Connect Apple Health on iOS if you want planned-versus-actual. HealthKit is opt-in and is not sold.
